LEVY FAILS TO REFUTE CHARGES
Levy responded to the charges I made in “Jerry Levy, Malicious Liar” in the following e-mail message. He did not refute the charges, but he also refused to retraction his false allegation against me (or to confess, apologize, and publicize the correct information about my paper). Instead, he diverted from the issue:

The remainder of his message failed to address his false and defamatory charge that I called Screpanti a “‘damned liar’ because he has a different interpretation.” In other words, the remainder of the message was diversionary. In my Meltdown post and in “Jerry Levy, Malicious Liar,” I stated clearly that I will not publish diversionary material: “I will publish any and every reply of his, on the same page of my website (unless it defames an individual, engages in redbaiting , or is diversionary, racist, sexist, or homophobic)” (emphasis added). Thus I decline to publish the diversionary portions of Levy’s message.
33 DAYS (May 14-June 16, 2006) have now elapsed since Levy’s malicious lie was exposed in “Jerry Levy, Malicious Liar.” He has still not refuted what I wrote, yet he continues not to retract his false allegation against me, or confess, or apologize, or publicize the correct information about my paper.
DO THE RIGHT THING, LEVY!
